Signing Up Process
The sign-up and usage processes are amazingly simple. It involves the following 3 easy steps:
1. Select your choice package. However, you will save more on the yearly package.
2. Fill in the necessary field and make payment to gain access to your organisation’s portal area.
3. Customise the questionnaire the way you want before sharing your expirable questionnaire link with your members or clients. There are some helpful tutorial videos to get you going if ever needed.
We at SRA DO NOT offer a fixed-term contract, and what this means invariable is that you can cancel your contract any time if you so wish from the settings area of your portal. You can also amend your card details from the settings area too.
No. This is a SAAS (Software AS A Service) application and it is purely web-based, and it means you can use SRA from anywhere in the world and from any device because it is designed and to work on multiple browsers.
Managing Account
You can create unlimited sub-admin users on SRA if you sign up for our platinum package (see SRA packages to learn more). If you sign up for the platinum package, you will have the opportunity to set roles for the other admin sub-users and what they do or see.
You can use SRA to mark the attendance of your members or clients after they have successfully submitted their questionnaire. This will help you to keep track of their attendance pattern over time. You can do this from the time slot manager area.
